Velammal Institute of Technology celebrated teachers’ day. Yelcom revolutionary club and power club of the department of ECE and EEE jointly organized teachers day . Dr.K.Rajeswari delivered the welcome address. Dr.T.Chandrashekar, Principal ,Velammal Institute of Technology felicitated Chief guest Dr.Sudha Seshayan, Director & Head of the anatomy department , Orator , Writer and Vice principal , Madras Medical College, Chennai and presented presidential address. Dr.Sudha Seshayan started her talk by a quote “If I can achieve, then everyone can achieve”. She continued her speech by motivating and encouraging the students by giving five action plans. She also emphasized about the importance in learning by understanding and implementing the same. Dr. B.Sridevi, Head of the department, ECE delivered vote of thanks.
